The cheese they finally delivered was cold (it was just removed from the ice box). Ěnother 5 minutes went by and still no cheese. We said yes, another beer, more water, cheese, condiments and I suggested they get the poor bartender some help! After several more minutes, a managers stopped and asked if we needed anything. It took us a while to get the bartenders attention to let her know the cheese was missing, she asked another server to get our cheese and condiments.Cheese was missing, no mayo or mustard, and they left the onions which we requested to be removed. Our burgers took a while and when they arrived they were not correct. We ordered a turkey burger with cheese and a hamburger with cheese. They arrived quickly but were bland and really not that good, we were disappointed with this selection.

We ordered the Mac & Cheese balls for an appetizer.I think she because she was over whelmed we had several issues with the food quality and food delivery.

I don’t see this as an employee issue but a manger issue, get her help! There were several waiters and managers all helping the few tables outside of the bar area but no one seemed to want to help this poor bartender. The bartender was working hard but she just had too many customers. The bartender advised us that two employees had quit. Only tables outside of the short wall area have wait staff. In the area we sat (short wall around the bar area) we did not have a waiter, the one bartender was taking care of the entire bar area. There are lots of employees that are very friendly but lack direction. Again, the bar area is very nice, clean and lots of TV’s to watch. We sat in the front bar area where the majority of eating tables are located. On Monday we decided to go back and try the food. We can understand closing a section but not the whole place. We attempted to go again the following week, however it was closed for a private party. They have several meeting rooms for both small and large gatherings. Lots of games, bowling, laser tag, rock-climbing and even bumper cars. The facility is very clean and well designed. Service was great and we enjoyed exploring this new facility. Our first visit was for a small gathering and we just had drinks in the bowling area. This was our third visit to Pinstack since its opening. Otherwise, you are much better off at D&Bs. The other prizes were meh! My recommendation would be to pass on Pinstack. Highest ticket item was a Nespresso machine and after that was a drone. There were no good big ticket items that you would normally find at D&Bs (ie, Xbox, PS Vita, PS4). I had an issue with the prize redemption room. Except for Pinstack where the crane claws are weak all the time. For the most part, that had been my experience. I was told by one of the workers at Six Flags that the claw for the crane games get "stronger" after being played a certain number of times. The kids wanted to play games so we didn't get to try them. They also have bumper cars, two-level laser tag, ropes course and wall climbing. The platter did not live up to the $48 price tag. The waffle chicken stacks were very good. The Wagyu Beed sliders tasted like cafeteria burgers. Apparently, appetizer are 1/2 price on Mondays. We had the Deluxe Appetizer Sampler Platter.

In addition, the number of TVs are much better at Main Event. I felt that I was crawling on top of the neighboring lanes (Bugs Bunny style) The lanes at Main Event are so much better. I have seen the parking lots packed in the early evenings so good luck if you are going at that time. We went on a weekday afternoon so it was not very crowded. Driving by the new Pinstack on my way to work in the mornings, I decided to take the family for a little spin.
